Spring Plant and Herb Identification

Service Description

At this time of year you can't help but notice the plethora of green, flowers, catkins and more - springing forth, after months of dark hibernation. If you want to get up close and personal, learn how to ID them with all your senses, learn some of their uses, and the folklore surrounding them, and how to be sustainable and respectful if gathering - this is the course for you! Over the course of 3 hours, we will explore 20 to 30 plants and their backgrounds, and have an informal Q&A session over a picnic including some common or invasive edible plants.
